Account Management
Here at Printworks Direct we pride ourselves on the quality
of our products and service. To this end a dedicated account
manager will be allocated in case you have any issues.
You have our assurance that we will always do our utmost
to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Delivery Terms
All deliveries will be free and next day, unless otherwise
informed by your account manager.
Collections
We are pleased to offer a free collection service when
an office has two full boxes of used cartridges. To arrange
collection the authorised person simply sends us an email
and we arrange for our third party collection agency to
pick them up.
Not only does this save you money it also means the
cartridges will be reused avoiding them ending up in land
fill. |
